Apart from the general accountabilities of the Board, described in the articles of the Statutes, each of the Governors is expected:

• To be known to the Members of AIAE, by exhibiting a profile on the AIAE Website, in order to allow Members to contact the Governor;
• To actively participate in the Board meetings, the General Assembly and their preparation; to follow up actions related to such meetings, assigned to the Governor, in a timely and proficient manner;
• To participate actively or take the lead, as the case may be, in functions, projects and tasks to manage the day to day operations of AIAE,
• To participate actively in the strategic thinking- and decision process to grow AIAE in numbers and in overall quality.
